บ้านนักอ่าน by Dearbook เป็น พื้นที่บันทึกการอ่าน — ผู้ใช้บันทึกหนังสือที่อ่าน และเขียนสิ่งที่ “ตกตะกอน” จากหนังสือด้วยคำพูดและความคิดของตนเอง

หัวใจของบริการคือ งานเขียนของผู้ใช้ (บทสะท้อน ความรู้สึก บทสรุปด้วยภาษาของตัวเอง) ไม่ใช่การคัดลอก เนื้อหาต้นฉบับของหนังสือ

• บันทึกการอ่านและข้อความ “ตกตะกอน” เป็น งานเขียนต้นฉบับของผู้ใช้เอง ลิขสิทธิ์เป็นของผู้ใช้
• ข้อมูลหนังสือ (ชื่อเรื่อง ผู้เขียน สำนักพิมพ์ ปีพิมพ์) เป็นข้อมูลข้อเท็จจริงที่ใช้เพื่อ ระบุและอ้างอิง ถึงหนังสือเท่านั้น
• รูปปกหนังสือใช้เพื่อระบุเล่มที่ผู้ใช้กำลังพูดถึง ลิขสิทธิ์ของปกยังคงเป็นของเจ้าของเดิม และเราจะนำออกหากได้รับการแจ้งที่มีมูล

โดยปกติผู้ใช้เขียนด้วยคำพูดของตนเอง อย่างไรก็ตาม หากมีการ อ้างถึงข้อความสั้น ๆ จากหนังสือ (เช่น ประโยคที่ประทับใจ) ไม่ว่าจะโดยผู้ใช้ หรือในเนื้อหาที่ทีมงานจัดทำ เช่น Book Spotlight:

• ทำเท่าที่จำเป็น สั้น กระชับ เพื่อประกอบการวิจารณ์ รีวิว หรือแสดงความเห็นเท่านั้น
• ระบุที่มาเสมอ (ชื่อหนังสือและผู้เขียน)
• ไม่นำเนื้อหามาแทนการอ่านหนังสือต้นฉบับ และไม่คัดลอกเป็นปริมาณมาก

การอ้างถึงงานบางตอนตามสมควรเพื่อการวิจารณ์หรือศึกษา โดยรับรู้ความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ เป็นไปตามหลักการใน พระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. 2537 (มาตรา 32–33) ทั้งนี้บ้านนักอ่าน ไม่สนับสนุนการนำเนื้อหาหนังสือ (รวมถึงคำแปล) มาเผยแพร่ซ้ำเกินกว่าที่สมควร

• ผู้ใช้ ยืนยัน ว่ามีสิทธิ์ในเนื้อหาที่โพสต์ (เป็นงานเขียน/ภาพถ่ายของตนเอง อยู่ใน public domain หรือได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของสิทธิ์ในกรณีที่อ้างถึงผู้อื่น)
• ผู้ใช้ รับผิดชอบเต็ม ต่อสถานะลิขสิทธิ์ของเนื้อหาที่ตนโพสต์ทั้งหมด
• บ้านนักอ่านเป็น ผู้ให้บริการเครื่องมือ (tool/service provider) ไม่ใช่เจ้าของหรือผู้ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาของผู้ใช้
• เนื้อหาที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์จะถูกลบออกเมื่อได้รับการแจ้งและตรวจสอบ

หากท่านเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์และเชื่อว่าเนื้อหาบนบ้านนักอ่าน ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของท่าน ท่านสามารถแจ้งได้ตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้:

1. ส่งคำขอผ่าน ฟอร์มติดต่อ /contact (แนะนำ) หรืออีเมล:
   hello@baannakarn.com
2. ระบุข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน:
   • URL ของเนื้อหา/บันทึกที่ละเมิด
   • หลักฐานความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์
   • คำอธิบายลักษณะการละเมิด
   • ข้อมูลติดต่อกลับ
3. บ้านนักอ่านจะตรวจสอบและตอบกลับภายใน 7 วันทำการ
4. หากตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่ามีการละเมิดจริง เนื้อหาจะถูกลบภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง

• เอกสารนี้เป็นนโยบายของบ้านนักอ่าน ภายใต้กรอบกฎหมายไทย
• ไม่ใช่คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย — ผู้ใช้ที่มีข้อสงสัยควรปรึกษาทนายความผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
• บ้านนักอ่าน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงเอกสารนี้โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านทางเว็บไซต์

Baannakarn by Dearbook is a reading journal — members log the books they read and write what each book leaves behind in them — their reflections — in their own words and thoughts.

The heart of the Service is members' own writing (reflections, feelings, summaries in their own language), not copies of a book's original text.

• Reading logs and reflections are members' own original writing; copyright belongs to the member.
• Book information (title, author, publisher, year) is factual data used only to identify and reference a book.
• Book cover images are used to identify the book being discussed; cover copyright remains with its owner, and we will remove a cover upon a valid request.

Members normally write in their own words. However, where a short passage from a book is quoted (e.g. a line that resonated), whether by a member or in content we produce such as Book Spotlight:

• It is kept brief and minimal, solely to support criticism, review, or commentary.
• The source is always attributed (book title and author).
• It does not substitute for reading the original work and is not copied in substantial volume.

Reasonable quotation of a portion of a work for criticism or study, with acknowledgement of copyright ownership, follows the principles of the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (Sections 32–33). Baannakarn does not encourage republishing book content (including translations) beyond what is reasonable.

• The member warrants they have the right to the content they post (their own writing/photos, public domain, or permission from the rights holder where another's work is referenced).
• The member bears full responsibility for the copyright status of everything they post.
• Baannakarn is a tool/service provider, not an owner or moderator of user content.
• Infringing content will be removed upon notice and verification.

If you are a copyright owner and believe content on Baannakarn infringes your rights, please follow this procedure:

1. Submit a request via the /contact form (preferred), or email:
   hello@baannakarn.com
2. Provide:
   • URL of the infringing content/entry
   • Evidence of copyright ownership
   • Description of the infringement
   • Contact information
3. Baannakarn will review and respond within 7 business days
4. Verified infringing content will be removed within 24 hours of confirmation
